Restrictions: All drivers must be age 18 and older.

Important to Know:

Drivers must be 18 years of age or older.
All participants must sign a waiver before the ride.
Riders and passengers must meet height and safety requirements. If you’re under 160 cm, please let us know so we can adjust accordingly.
Group bookings should be made under one name for a smoother check-in process.
If you’re booking a private or large group tour, please get in touch with us directly to ensure availability and to tailor the experience to your group’s needs.
Advanced booking is mandatory.
Please make sure that you select your desired experience/vehicle option from the booking list. Any error in the booking could result in the cancellation of the session, which would also be non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

5 days before the tour/session date: a fee of 25% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Within 5 days of the tour/session date, a fee of 50% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be kept as a credit against future bookings for up to 1 year.
Within 48 hours or no show: No refund or credit will be given.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late, no extra time will be added. Your session will still end at the original booked time.
Packages & Gift Cards: The above cancellation policy applies.

1. What should I bring for the buggy tour?

For visiting the desert, you’ll need your valid physical passport, comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, and sunscreen for protection. Goggles and helmets, along with water, are provided.

2. Can I bring a passenger on the buggy tour?

Yes, passengers are welcome. The 2-seater buggy is ideal for one driver and one passenger; the 4-seater buggy is for one driver and up to 3 passengers. All you need to do is pick a vehicle option during booking.

3. What is the cancellation policy for the buggy tour?

Cancellations 5 days before the tour incur a 25% fee, while cancellations within 5 days will be charged 50%. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows do not receive a refund or credit. Extra time will not be given to latecomers.

4. Can I bring my vehicle for the tour?

If you like, you can contact us if you prefer to use your vehicle during the tour. We also have buggy and quadbike options for use on one of our high-performance vehicles, if you’d prefer.
