Check-in details Customers are required to arrive on time for their tour, as there is a 30-minute check-in and gear-up process.

Drivers must be 18 years of age or older.
All participants must sign a waiver before the ride.
2-seater Buggies can accommodate 1 driver and 1 passenger, and 4-seater Buggies can accommodate 1 driver and 3 passengers—be sure to book accordingly.
If you’re under 160 cm or have other requirements, please notify us in advance to ensure accommodations.
Private group bookings should be made under one name for a smoother booking experience.
Advanced booking is required.
Please make sure that you select your desired experience/vehicle option from the booking list. Any error in the booking could result in the cancellation of the session, which would also be non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

5 days before the tour/session date: a fee of 25% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Within 5 days of the tour/session date, a fee of 50% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be kept as a credit against future bookings for up to 1 year.
Within 48 hours or no show: No refund or credit will be given.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late, no extra time will be added. Your session will still end at the original booked time.
Packages & Gift Cards: The above cancellation policy applies.

1. What should I bring for the buggy tour?

It’s also important to bring your comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, and sunscreen for extra protection. Preparation for desert conditions is key to a safe and enjoyable sector.

2. Are there any age restrictions for participating in the buggy tour?

Yes, all drivers must be at least 18 to participate in the tour. Passengers can be younger, but an adult driver must accompany them. Please ensure that everyone in your party meets the age requirements before booking.

3. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you cancel your booking 5 days before the tour, a 25% fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded. For cancellations within 5 days, a 50% fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be credited for future bookings. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours or for no-shows.

4. Can I book a private or customized tour?

Absolutely! The tour is private, longer (3 hours, half day, or full day), or customized to your preferences. In case you aren’t able to find a specific experience from the list, do reach out to us, and we will definitely customize the perfect adventure for you in the Dubai Desert.
