Check-in details Customers are required to arrive on time for their tour, as there is a 30-minute check-in and gear-up process.

  • A valid Physical Passport is required.
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for desert conditions.
  • Closed-toe shoes.
  • Sunglasses and sunscreen for added protection.
  • Age Restriction: All drivers must be of age 18 and older.

Important to Know:

  • Drivers must be 18 years of age or older.
  • All participants must sign a waiver before the ride.
  • Riders and passengers must meet height and safety requirements. If you’re under 160 cm, please let us know so we can adjust accordingly.
  • Group bookings should be made under one name for a smoother check-in process.
  • If you’re booking a private or large group tour, please get in touch with us directly to ensure availability and to tailor the experience to your group’s needs. Advanced booking is mandatory.
  • Please make sure that you select your desired experience/vehicle option from the booking list. Any error in the booking could result in the cancellation of the session, which would also be non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 5 days before the tour/session date: a fee of 25% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Within 5 days of the tour/session date, a fee of 50% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be kept as a credit against future bookings for up to 1 year.
  • Within 48 hours or no show: No refund or credit will be given.
  • Late Arrival: If you arrive late, no extra time will be added. Your session will still end at the original booked time.
  • Packages & Gift Cards: The above cancellation policy applies.

Please arrive on time for check-in, as there is a mandatory 30-minute gear-up process before the tour starts. The tour begins at 6:30 AM.
Yes, you can! Our 2-seater buggies can accommodate one driver and one passenger, while our 4-seater buggies can accommodate one driver and up to three passengers.
Bring a valid physical passport, comfortable desert-appropriate clothing, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, and sunscreen for added protection. All safety gear, including helmets and goggles, will be provided.
Cancellations made 5 days before the tour incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within 5 days will incur a 50% fee, with the remaining balance credited for future bookings. No refund or credit is given for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.
