Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservations for activities must be secured by a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payable in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the activity. Participants wishing to cancel their reservation more than 48 hours prior to the activity will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity start time are not eligible for any refund. SAZ reserves the right to cancel any activity due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures, or insufficient bookings. In such instances, SAZ will offer an alternative date or a full refund, including the deposit. Participants who do not show up for their scheduled activity forfeit any refund and are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.

Use of Wherewolf Waiver SMS Functionality

To enhance and streamline your check-in experience, we automatically utilize the Wherewolf Waiver SMS service to send pre-tour waiver forms to customers. This ensures that all necessary paperwork is completed ahead of your visit, reducing wait times and allowing you to get started on your adventure sooner. By booking with us, you consent to receive these pre-tour SMS messages for the purpose of completing your waiver form.

Activity Participation and Liability Waiver

Participants must meet the age requirements specified for each activity to ensure eligibility. Drivers for Buggy Tours must be 18 years of age or older, and passengers must be at least 8 years old. For Quad Bike Tours, participants must be 16 years of age or older. Valid identification is required for age verification prior to participation in any activities. By participating in off-road desert powersports tours and adventure sports, individuals acknowledge the inherent risks associated with these activities, which may include personal injury, property damage, and potential loss of life. Participants are required to sign a liability waiver and release form, which absolves SAZ, its affiliates, and employees from all liability for any harm or damage that may occur during these activities, irrespective of its cause.

Safety is paramount; therefore, all participants must attend a pre-activity safety briefing and fully comply with all instructions provided by SAZ staff. Non-compliance with safety instructions or failure to wear the provided safety gear correctly may result in the immediate termination of participation without any entitlement to a refund.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave responsibly and ensure their actions do not jeopardise their safety or that of others. The use of alcohol or drugs prior to or during the activities is prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the activity without refund. Participants must also respect the natural environment and local wildlife by adhering to designated trails and avoiding any interaction with or disturbance to wildlife. SAZ and its legal representatives retain the right to use any photographs or video footage taken during activities for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes without any obligation for compensation.

Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

The information provided on SAZ's website and any materials related to our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied. SAZ disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for a particular purpose. Participation in any activities offered by SAZ such as buggy and quad bike tours inherently involves high risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and possible death. All participants accept these risks and responsibilities upon booking.

Under no circumstances will SAZ, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or participation in any activities. This includes without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website, any content obtained from the website, or any conduct or content of any third party on the website.
